PERSONAL training

Enjoy One–on–one training sessions in the comfort of your own home. Train alone for undivided attention or train with friends to cut the costs. There are many options to cater to your needs/goals.

Any equipment needed for your sessions will be supplied by us. Sessions last between 45-60 minutes, depending on your fitness levels and the intensity of the workout.

We believe that when the body becomes accustomed to routine, your results become less impressive and it becomes harder to stay motivated when sessions feel repetitive and boring. We keep the body guessing at all times by not using the same routine to ensure optimal results and motivation throughout your journey.
